I just wanted to tell you again what a nice job you with the valet parking at the hospital. The young men you hire are very polite and helpful. They brought my car around quickly and even helped me get my mother in to the car. I was alone so the help was greatly appreciated. I never waited more than a few minutes for my car. The young men actually run to get the cars. Thank you for all you have done to make a visit to a hospital much less stressful. What a wonderful idea. I lost my favorite earmuffs...To my delight, Walter was waving me down when I pulled into the parkng lot this morning. Another one of your parking lot customers had turned them in and Walter gave them back to me...It restores my faith in the people that work and live in this area. Walter is a great guy.
